Be your own Hibachi Chef. Prep your goodies and toss it in. Being a veggie lover myself, I stick to these mains but if you've ever visited a Hibachi Buffet you know you can easily add proteins such as shrimp, crab, steak, etc. Other veggies include Broccoli, bean sprouts, mushrooms, carrots. This is definitely a take a fork and eat-the-whole-pot guilt-free dish!

Studying up one year in hopes of providing my family with our first-ever traditional thanksgiving feast (we always ate turkey, but my mom is not americanized enough to ever care about fixins') I compiled a hefty list of things to do to veggies to load up a plate just with those themselves. Cut to weeks after when I found myself craving brussel sprouts and glazed butternut squash etc. Now I keep some roasted brussel sprouts handy for my weekend breakfast as a treat. Treat yourself to something tasty and treat your body to something incredibly nutritious by loading up your own plate. Steam some cauliflower and broccoli till it's fall-apart tender. Sometimes its really the simple things that make all the difference.
